you are certifying to the following:

* Only the person that was issued the citation will be utilizing this traffic school course. It is against the law for anyone other than the person who was issued the citation to complete a chosen traffic violator school course. The penalty for this offense can be up to $10,000. 

* It is the responsibility of the STUDENT to determine whether they are eligible to utilize the www.CartoonInterActive.com Traffic School program as an alternative to classroom traffic school to dismiss their citation by reading FULLY the requirements for their court. No consideration will be granted due to an error on the part of the student regarding this eligibility. 

* Completion of the course in time for a timely submission of the completion certificate to the court is also the responsibility of the student. No consideration will be granted due to an untimely course completion on the part of the student regarding court due dates.

* The materials in this traffic school course are copyrighted and all rights are reserved. No part of this program may be duplicated or used for any purpose other than to complete the court requirement for the single traffic violator who is registering for this course; except by a media reviewer who wishes to quote brief passages in connection with a review, without express written permission of the author.

* A note for the hearing-impaired with regard to the online program: While our cartoons and animations are not captioned, we do offer a text alternative for all study levels.

* In order to maintain the affordability of our program for our students, student support includes unlimited e-mail support and is limited to a maximum of three, five-minute phone calls per student. We reserve the right to refuse service to any student that we feel is causing undue difficulty for our staff.

* If you decide that you would not like to continue the traffic school program, you may e-mail or call the office for a full refund within 90 days after your sign up. Once you complete the program, or after 90 days after your initial sign up, no refunds will be issued.
