No consideration will be granted due to an error on the part of the student regarding this eligibility. 

* Completion of the course in time for a timely submission of the completion certificate to the court is also the responsibility of the student. No consideration will be granted due to an untimely course completion on the part of the student regarding court due dates.

* Responsibility for following up with the court regarding the ultimate dismissal of a citation is the responsibility of the student. www.CartoonInterActive.com assumes no responsibility for inaccurate or unprocessed certificate of completion submissions to the court.

* The materials in this traffic school course are copyrighted and all rights are reserved. No part of this program may be duplicated or used for any purpose other than to complete the court requirement for the single traffic violator who is registering for this course; except by a media reviewer who wishes to quote brief passages in connection with a review, without express written permission of the author.

* We reserve the right to refuse service to any student that we feel is causing undue difficulty for our staff.

* If you decide that you would not like to continue the traffic school program, you may e-mail or call the office for a full refund. Once you complete the program or 90 days after your initial sign up, no refunds will be issued.
